Inspired by Gospel values…”Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.” (Matthew 25:40) The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization and faith-driven ministry leads women and men to join together to grow in holiness by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering, offering financial and emotional support solutions, as well as spiritual nourishment in the tradition of its founder, Blessed Frederick Ozanam, and patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
Though an International Organization, the St. Vincent de Paul Society is organized locally and gives “grassroots” witness to God’s love by embracing all works of charity and justice through the adherence to a basic Rule developed by our founder. The Society, whose members are drawn from every ethnic and church. Those participating in this ministry are required to complete the online Diocese Safe Environment Training and be fingerprinted. Training and written instructions are provided.
We meet at 1:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Thursday each month.
If the mission of the St. Vincent de Paul Society speaks to your heart, we welcome you to join us in this sacred duty. Whether through donations, volunteering, or spreading the word, every gesture makes a world of difference. Together, let’s embody the love and generosity that St. Vincent de Paul championed.
